One of the long-time favorites of Ratonga, Roquefort is often referred to as "the King of cheeses". It has a tingly pungent taste and ranks among blue cheeses. Only the milk of specially bred sheep is used and is ripened in limestone caverns.

The recipe was freely given and passed onto the court of Antonius Bayle so that all Qeynosians could enjoy the taste of this wonderful, calming tea. Since "The Shattering" the tea often resurfaces and credit for its rediscovery is given to the denizens of Castleview Hamlet.
