This deed will entitle the bearer to the tax-free ownership of a (relatively) safe Skyblade Skiff. We have placed teleportation modules in both South Qeynos and South Freeport to facilitate travel to the airborne skiffs. The maximum number of placed items (including pets), prior to house expanders, is 900.
