•  Increases DPS of caster by 60.0.
•  Must not be engaged in pvp combat
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  On a critical combat hit this spell may cast Sublime Viciousness on caster. Lasts for 45.0 seconds. Triggers about 1.8 times per minute.
