How to become a EQ2U Scholar (Patreon)
December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!
As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.
Developers are aware of this issue, but you can always post your respectful feedback in the
Census isn't updating for some toons
 thread.

Killowatt the Necromech Drone II
Clockworks are just complications in metal casings, you say? Take it from someone who’s seen their share of the magical and improbable; not all is as it seems! This clockwork beastie is fueled on necromantic energies. I’m not sure I trust it. Best keep some distance. Event and promo familiars may not be consumed for familiar experience.

•  Increases Potency of caster by 9,767.9.
•  Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 4,361.4.
•  Summons a pet Killowatt the Necromech Drone II
•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Necrotic Shock on target of spell. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 852 - 1,421 piercing damage on target.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 6.0 - 9.0 seconds.
