How to become a EQ2U Scholar (Patreon)
EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. I am also in the process of rewriting parts of how EQ2U makes Census requests to make it more obvious that we are a legitimate request. Hopefully the site is loading more quickly for you without the Cloudflare 524 errors. Thank you all for your patience.

•  Slows target by 65.5%.
•  5% chance to dispel when target receives hostile action
•  5% chance to dispel when target takes damage
•  Roots target
•  15% chance to dispel when target takes damage
•  Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute 45 seconds and duration is reduced to 11.7 seconds.
•  Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 92.
