I have been trying for weeks to find someone to return this wizard to their original body. They must have been a victim of a fouled up shape-change spell. I mean, look at it. Some sorcerers have taken a quack at it, but that hasn't been pro-duck-tive. Waddle it take to fix this poor soul?

•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Cleansing Flame on target of spell. Lasts for 9.0 seconds.
•  Dispels 135 levels of elemental hostile effects on group members (AE) instantly and every 3 seconds
•  Inflicts 1,063 - 1,299 disease damage on target.
•  Heals caster for 2.1 - 2.6% of caster's max health.
•  Heals caster for 4.7 - 5.7% of caster's max health every 3 seconds.
•  This effect cannot be critically applied.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 9.0 - 13.0 seconds.
