•  This effect can only trigger once every 6.0 seconds.

•  Once per 30 seconds, if one of the caster's allies falls below 5% power and the caster is over 25% power, the caster will transfer 20% of their power to the target. For 30 seconds, the target will gain 35 potency and crit bonus.
