•  Increases the base trigger chance of spells and items by 5%.

•  3% of all physical damage received by the caster is prevented.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  If adorned on the same item, this effect will not stack with itself.

•  On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Velium Tempest II on target of attack. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.

•  Inflicts 4,162 - 4,600 heat damage on target encounter.

•  Must not be engaged in pvp combat
