•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 50% chance to cast Rending Torrent on target of spell. Lasts for 14.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

•  Increases physical and elemental damage done to target by 2%.

•  Inflicts 4,155 crushing damage on target.

•  Inflicts 416 crushing damage on target every 2 seconds.

•  Inflicts 4,155 cold damage on target.

•  Inflicts 416 cold damage on target every 2 seconds.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 14.0 seconds.
