Giant Spiritual Awakening - Quest

December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!

As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.

Although Arcanist Chaarex's first plan did not work, he believes that he has another that has a better chance of success. He is looking to summon a ghost of the Kromdul giants and force it to do his bidding, with the idea that he can build an army of ghost giants. He has asked that I collect a few items from the giants, and bring them to him so that he might complete his ceremony.

I should confront the giants that wander Warslik's Wood, and collect items that will help Archanist Chaarex summon a ghost giant.

Collect a Kromdul artifact (in Obulus Frontier)

I should return to Charrex and give him the items that he requested.

Return to Chaarex in the Crusaders' Cave (in Obulus Frontier)

Speak with Chaarex in the Crusaders' Cave after the ritual (in Obulus Frontier)

Rewards

At least 1 53 09

At least 11,223 XP.

A choice of at least one of these items:

Obulus Crusader Greatstaff

Obulus Arcanist's Spellstaff

Greatsword of the Frontier Crusaders

Obulus Shaman's Longspear
