When Sharks Attack - Quest

December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!

As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.

An othmir fishing party has been attacked by sharks. I must find the missing party and rescue who I can.

A frantic othmir mother wants me to go find the fishing party being attacked by sharks. They were spotted east of Fina's Retreat.

Find the missing fishing party

While the sharks are distracted eating the othmir's catch, I must revive the othmir fishing party and encourage them to swim to shore quickly. They were spotted east of Fina's Retreat.

I must defeat the circling sharks while the othmir swim away. The raft is just east of Fina's Retreat.

Kill the frenzied sleeper sharks

Return to Nia at the shore

I must speak to the othmir mother, Nia, on shore of the south half of Fina's Retreat.

Speak to Nia

I must find the missing othmir child, Fiver, and help him back to shore. The raft was spotted east of Fina's Retreat.

Find Fiver

Pick up Fiver

I must carry the othmir child, Fiver, back to his mother, Nia, on shore of the south half of Fina's Retreat.

Carry Fiver to shore and speak to Nia
