I found a rusted key in Zek, the Orcish Wastes that carries the symbol of the Deathfist. The salt crusted on the key leads me to believe that it will open a lock here in the Orcish Wastes near some body of water. I should start my search near the Deathfist Citadel for clues as to what this might unlock.
