The herald of Anashti Sul has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects corrupted with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
I agreed to empower the altars and prepare the Sinking Sands for the summoning of Anashti Sul.
Collect corrupted peacock feathers
Use the corrupted peacock feathers and empower an altar (in The Sinking Sands)
Return to the original mission giver to apply progress!
