A Couple Ringlets Missing

I found a goblin chest in one of the towers at the Bloodforge Gates. It will not open, but it does have a slot that holds the whipcracker ringlet that Captain T.B. Irontoe gave me. The slot looks like it can hold two more ringlets within the one I have.

If there are two other ringlets that need to be applied to the slot on the strongbox, then there should be a clue somewhere that will tell me where they are.

According to the Boombottom duty list, Captains Bangboom and Powboom visit the towers at Bloodforge Gate. I must find them and slay them.

I need to find a way to lure Captain Bangboom to one of the towers. (in Kaladim)

I need to find a way to lure Captain Powboom to one of the towers. (in Kaladim)

I need to return to the Boombottom strongbox and use the ringlets as keys to open it.

I need to open the Boombottom strongbox. (in Kaladim)
