The Stiletto's Thirst - Quest

December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!

As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.

I've found a carefully wrapped stiletto of an unknown dark metal on a fallen vampiric assassin. The stiletto seems to have some sinister spirit of its own, and is communicating with me through emotions such as desire and anger. It wishes to be further empowered through a ritual I would need to perform.

Perform a ritual to empower the stiletto.

The stiletto has urged me to kill those that create weapons such as it. I need to kill ten Adherant vampires to satisfy the stiletto's desire.

The implanted thoughts are directing me to procure the fiery heart of a hellhound. The stiletto seems to be specific on the condition of the heart, so it may take several hellhound kills to find one to satisfy it.

I must find the dark altar, used for ritual sacrifices, that pervades my thoughts and perform a ritual using the stiletto and fiery heart upon this altar. (in Crypt of T'Haen)

As the ritual was completed, I felt an almost uncontrollable urge to kill vampires. I must kill vampires within the Crypts of T'Haen until this urge is satisfied.
