The herald of the Tribunal has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
I agreed to empower the altars and prepare the Timorous Deep for the summoning of the Tribunal.
Collect infused gavel fragments
Use the infused gavel fragments and empower an altar (in Timorous Deep)
Return to the original mission giver to apply progress!
