I am to prepare to defeat Roehn Theer himself. It seems that Theer has the power to slay gods, but Fyr'remd Lorak believes that mortals have a chance to destroy him once and for all. I must follow Fyr'remd Lorak's instructions to prepare for the fight, before finally confronting the Godslayer himself.
It is time for the final confrontation. I must prepare myself to defeat Roehn Theer.
I must retrieve a binding thread that Perah'Celsis keeps on his lich form, within Vasty Deep. (in Perah'Celsis' Abominable Laboratory)
I should return the thread to Fyr'remd Lorak in Quel'ule. (in Stonebrunt Highlands)
Defeat Roehn Theer. (in Palace of Roehn Theer)
I should seek out Lucan D'Lere.
Speak with Lucan D'Lere in The Palace of Roehn Theer. (in Palace of Roehn Theer)
