Grommit Fizzlewitz, a Deepwater Circle researcher, pointed out how the empowered Combine Spires in Teren's Grasp has attracted dynamist spren, but then he went on to explain how I might solidify the dynamist and then gather their stable particulates for even more energy.

In order to solidify a dynamist spren, I must first craft a dynamist condenser.
Craft a dynamist condenser
I can now use my dynamist condenser to solidify dynamist spren in Teren's Grasp.
Gather solid dynamist particulates (in Kylong Plains)
I should return to Grommit Fizzlewitz, near the center of Teren's Grasp, with the solid dynamist particulates.
Return to Grommit Fizzlewitz (in Kylong Plains)
Rewards

At least 6,562 XP.
