I found a tome entitled, "Origins of Disease," in the Great Library of Myrist. It details much of Detroxxulous, the Plagueland's environs, but seems to lack anything of substance regarding the plane's inhabitants. I'll have to learn through experience, then, and try not to succumb to something nasty in the process.
