I am to empower the Runescribed Opal. This gem is one of the missing pieces of the Dragon Runed Ring. Infusing it with the elemental essence of creatures will attune it to the ring, allowing it to be united once more.
I need to absorb the elemental essence of the target in Splendor Sky Aerie.
Only if I absorb enough stream scavenger elemental essence will I be able to attune the runescribed gem to the ring
