So when I told him I planned to move on he asked me to deliver a blessed acorn to a wood elf friend of his, Seren Leafsway, who was recently sent to Spire Shadow Outpost. The outpost is east of Kelethin, and north of the wizard spires, next to Lower Emerald River.
