Now that I have returned to him with Venril's phylactery he feels success is near, but he does not have the ability to destroy such a powerful item. The Synod Reet Enchanter, Glowwp, should know what to do to destroy it!

Enchanter Glowwp will need some spell reagents in order to remove the protection spell from Venril's phylactery.

Find a scale from Venril near the dungeons of Sebilis. (in Sebilis)

Steal Extirpating Powder from the alchemy labs in Sebilis. (in Sebilis)

Harvest some karyotic algae from the underwater tunnels in Sebilis. (in Sebilis)

Enchanter Glowwp needs the reagents, as soon as possible.

I must return to Enchanter Glowwp at the Reet camp in the Kunzar Jungle. (in Kunzar Jungle)
