I found a young erudite named Yaqub who is willing to make me a dispelling ward capable of freeing the captured Kejek sojourners. To create the ward, however, I must gather some spell components from the area north and northwest of Quel'ule. Once I've gathered all the necessary components, I should return them to Yaqub at Quel'ule.
