Ne'xath, one of the sympathetic Ka Vethan Akhevan I found, hiding from other Akheva and shissar along the southern edge of Shadeweaver's Thicket, told me some of her departed kin purposely remain xakras, and have chosen to hide away from Emperor Ssraeshza. She wants to see them reformed, as Ishinae designed, and gave me a va urssan to grant them a chance to reform.

The xakras are hiding from Ssraeshza within the Desolate Grounds region in "Shadeweaver's Thicket: Untamed Lands".

Within the Desolate Grounds of the Untamed Lands, I must use the va urssan on weakened Ka Vethan xakras.
Use the va urssan on a weakened Ka Vethan xakra to reform it
Use the va urssan on another weakened Ka Vethan xakra to reform it
Use the va urssan on a third weakened Ka Vethan xakra to reform it
Use the va urssan on a fourth weakened Ka Vethan xakra to reform it
Use the va urssan on a fifth weakened Ka Vethan xakra to reform it
Ne'xath awaits my return to her hiding spot along the southern edge of Shadeweaver's Thicket, near the Umbral Plains.
