Searching for answers regarding either the tome or the strange items found within Aurelian Coast, I came across two blacksmiths within the bazaar area of Fordel Midst who had an interesting story to tell about the fate of Shadow Haven and Fordel Midst.
I should attempt to speak with the now calmed blacksmiths and see if they know a way out.

Create the pristine luclinite scimitar for the Fordel family blacksmith
Create the Luclinite Barbute for the Midst family blacksmith
Speak to the blacksmiths in Fordel Midst once more about attempting to leave the area.
Speak to the Fordel blacksmith once more and show them your work then ask about attempting to leave this place (in Fordel Midst: Investigating the Shadow Haven)
