The Duality fears the shissar are a threat to all of Norrath, and has been keeping watch on some Akheva, who had been mysteriously aiding them in Phantom Sea. The Akheva's recent convergence in Jarsath Wastes has raised his concern, particularly since it came right after a group of D.I.R.T.Y. researchers gained access to Chelsith's Ancient Vault. He does not believe the timing to be coincidence. He suspects the D.I.R.T.Y. crew may have inadvertently activated something within the ancient vault and gained the Akheva's attention.
