I found a small folio. It contained the following:

Blast it! I can never recall how to get about the tower, and most certainly not with the malcontent Tserrina has been cultivating. There are traps and hungry things with sharp teeth and claws and sometimes worse! So, I've written myself a guide to navigating the Tower of Frozen Shadow.

I should use this folio to help me progress in the Tower of Frozen Shadow.
The shadowbeasts and monsters of Submergence are lead by Xalgoti. He keeps the key to the next floor on his body at all times.
Defeat Xalgoti and obtain the key (in Tower Of Frozen Shadow: Shadowed Corridors)
The Shadow Barracks are run by Sergeant Schriber and his lackeys. The floor is also home to Vethilot and his vampires.

The Frozen Library is filled with malicious spirits that at times possess objects. I should keep an eye out for Spectral Librarian Emiida; she has the key I need to continue upward in the tower. I must also look for a clue as to where I can find the mirror I need to access Tserrina.
Defeat Spectral Librarian Emiida and obtain the key (in Tower Of Frozen Shadow: Shadowed Corridors)
Darkness Rising is where Cara Omica and her minions reside. She keeps a maze of darkness where she hides her true self; only light can defeat her.
Defeat Deception and obtain the key (in Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls)
VhalSera’s Dominion is watched by Narmek Berreka and many reflections.
Defeat Narmek Berreka and obtain the key (in Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls)
A Bride’s Scorn features the chapel in which Tserrina never got married. It is rumored that her wedding guests are still trapped within the chapel walls.
Defeat Dizzina the Lulled and obtain the key (in Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls)
The Palindrome’s unique nature is overseen by Trouveur D'Kish. The unexpected happens in The Palindrome, so be prepared for anything.
Defeat Trouveur D'Kish and obtain the key (in Tower Of Frozen Shadow: Haunt Of Syl'Tor)
The Haunt of Syl’tor is Tserrina’s personal floor in the Tower of Frozen Shadow. Nothing can hide from her there, so I should best be prepared before I face her.
