I met Binn, an othmir near the Commonlands dock, who was too preoccupied to dance and sing with her fellow othmir in celebration of Oceansfull. Seems a good friend of hers, by the name of Miaw, went swimming in search of shells for the festivities, but he's not returned, and she is very worried.
