A plant within Nye'Caelona appears to be dying. I'm sure the Waters of Nye'Caelona can bring life back into the wilting plant, and to any others I find scattered throughout the elven city. But I must be quick about it, as the leaves and soil aren't getting any wetter!

Uncover and kill whoever's poisoning the water (in Obulus Frontier)

Release the dust at the top of the waterfall (in Obulus Frontier)
Extract purified water at the bottom of the waterfall (in Obulus Frontier)
Sprinkle the purified water on the dying plants around Nye'Caelona (in Obulus Frontier)
