Rodcet Nife seems to have taken over the Plane of Health in Anashti Sul's absence, and Bertoxxulous has actively brought disease and pestilence to Norrath over the ages. With this many enemies, it will be necessary to ready her armies in case she is forced into war soon after her return. First, I should find the remnants of her ancient followers, and inform them of Anashti Sul's return, and prepare them in case she requires their service. Then, I should collect reality anchors being used by the shadowed men in the Obelisk of Lost Souls, so that Anashti Sul might be able to pass those to the shadowed men loyal to her.

I must find a spiritual leader of the Sul'Dal elves, perhaps somewhere near the Silent City.
