The herald of Cazic-Thule has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
I agreed to empower the altars and prepare the Feerrott for the summoning of Cazic-Thule.
Collect fear infused ichor
Use the fear infused ichor and empower an altar (in The Feerrott)
Return to the original mission giver to apply progress!
