I came face to face with a spirit named Fedelar Wildleaf, wandering near Forsaken Whetstone, the decaying outpost in the Dawnshroud Peaks of Aurelian Coast. The loss of his twin sister seems to have anchored him to the mortal realm. Perhaps, if I can bring him some peace, he can pass within Drinal's Cloak?

Fedelar gave me his sister's figurine, when I promised to help search the forests of Dawnshroud Peaks for her. I'm not sure how it will help me.
