The herald of Morell-Thule has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
I agreed to empower the altars and prepare the Thundering Steppes for the summoning of Morell-Thule.
Collect infused dream shards
Use the infused dream shards and empower an altar (in The Thundering Steppes)
Return to the original mission giver to apply progress!
