Talthenis Feynarel, one of the Devotees of Growth I found in the Blooming Biome, a highly contested area of the buried ruins of Takish'Hiz, Empire of Antiquity, came to the buried city looking to help provide closure and peace to those ancient elves who perished here, and to help learn of the events that unfolded within the great Elddar Empire.
