Speak with Jorlak (in Yelinak's Fall)
Jorlak, the Dracurian chronomage, provided me with teleportation rune stones to Skyshrine Tower. I am to give one to Queen Antonia or the Overlord.
Speak with the Overlord in his office in Freeport, or Queen Antonia in her chambers in Qeynos
