Another note from Raffik, this time apparently from Velious. After his flying pirate ship enquiries in Paineel, I can only guess he's trying to convince gryphons to tow a pirate ship or something ... but he has asked me to meet him at the Rookery in the Great Divide when I have time.
The Rookery is in the Great Divide in the hills above Thurgadin.
Find Raffik at the Rookery in the Great Divide (in Great Divide)
The library of Thurgadin is actually in Thurgadin Harbor
Search the library in Thurgadin Harbor for research on how to make the gryphon flight more efficient (in Great Divide)
There are chemistry tables in the harbor area, or the crafting area of Thurgadin is fully stocked.
Make Essence of the Zephyr potion (in Great Divide)
The Rookery is in the Great Divide in the hills above Thurgadin.
Return the potion to Raffik (in Great Divide)

At least 4,500 XP.
