Tavian Faust was frustrated when he learned I had been distracted by the threats posed by the presence of Mayong's heirs, Lysander and Vorigan. He is adamant the real threat is Mayong's determination to acquire the Ewer of Sul'Dae. As powerful and as accomplished as I am, he fears Mayong is far greater than me, and now that he knows someone stalks him and his kin within his very walls he is bound to be even more vigilant. Tavian has given me his blessing to return to Castle Vacrul, as long as I focus on learning if Mayong has obtained the Ewer, as of yet.
