Outlander Deston, a member of the Qeynos Guard alarmed by the assembly of gnoll packs, informed me the charismatic High Shaman, Rakada Darkpaw, did not originate with the Sabertooth pack, though they were some of the first ones they brought their message of unification to. They are a follower of Chirannis and have swayed packs with the awe-inspiring help of spirits of infamous gnolls from their past.
