Crexisz is very concerned that Bellengere the Three is plotting something which will ultimately be very detrimental to The Concordium and its reputation within Qeynos. He has asked me to use Bellengere's trust once more to determine the nature of this plan and stop it. I am too intertwined in these machinations to refuse.

Bellengere and his pet necromancer have tasked me with removing the undead-side anchors in Starcrest. I have decided to go along with this plan while I formulate my next move.

Returning these anchors to Bellengere and his necromancer cohort might be dangerous. I should consult with Crexisz first.
Speak to Crexisz (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Speak to Felion Shadoweater through the blue portal (in Qeynos Capitol District)
Place the void anchors near Felion Shadoweater (in Qeynos Capitol District)
I need to return to Bellengere quickly, to avoid any suspicion that I've tampered with the undead anchors.
