I need to find a suitable handle for the jagged metal ball. If I'm lucky I might be able to find something on the undead that roam much of the Steppes. Finding a usable handle though may prove difficult given the age of some of their weapons. I should try to find a handle on the undead in the Thundering Steppes. (in The Thundering Steppes)
After looking carefully at the mass of jagged metal I think I can add a loop to connect a chain to it. I'll need a special metal for this, perhaps something of similar make. The craters from the falling parts of Luclin might be a good place to start. I should find some of the similar metal to form a loop for a chain from. I should start my search with the craters in the Thundering Steppes. (in The Thundering Steppes) The weapon seems nearly complete though I need a large enough chain to support this kind of weight as it is being used in combat. I have heard the giants sometimes carry large chains on them for use in securing prisoners or dragging logs back to their settlements. One of those might be large enough to use. I should find some chain links from the giants in the Thundering Steppes. (in The Thundering Steppes)
