I met Lingualogian Roosey at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters in the Steamfont Mountains. She said that if I helped her with her project she could teach me the language of the kobolds and bugbears!

Lingualogian Roosey asked me to help her with her kobold language translation project. She said if I collected several of the stone rune disks the kobolds carry she could use them to translate their language and teach me how to speak it.
