It has been revealed that the Dark Bargainers often buy out their competition in order to maintain financial dominance in Neriak. I am to acquire the signatures of several small business owners thus completing the sale of their respective businesses.

Zezaghar D'Arkenth was last seen dropping off a shipment of parchment at Library of K'Lorn.
Quilafein H'Tyhaduis may be found near the Spires of Innoruuk.
Kelryne V'Ziath is thought to be hiding inside the Hall of the Ebon Mask.
Chalthara V'Zeraep was supposed to deliver a shipment of candles to the Darklight Palace today.
