Klipp Plaxiphone wants me to recover the data that Remmy Fulgation stole. I am to record his voice using the T.C.P. and then recalibrate it using the Sympho-Recalibrator. At that point I can use the T.C.P. again and it should turn Remmy's guardian against him. I can find Remmy between the Dragonscale Hills and the Steamfont Wetlands.
