I have volunteered to help Mentha Haora in her attempt to cleanse the undead and collect some data for her superiors. I need to take the Scroll of Arcanic Disruption and use it on the scorched skeletons near the Combine Spires. In doing this, the data that Mentha's superiors want will be stored in the scroll, which I can then return to her.
