Commissioner Varla Z'Velran has managed to obtain some genuine Ykeshan swamp rats, and would like them delivered discreetly to the Hopson abode in New Halas. Varla hopes this may discourage the Hopsons from promoting undesirable things such as Marr worship and free trade, and encourage them to end their pilgrimage and go home.

The Hopson abode is a small stone building on the east side of New Halas.
I should discreetly drop some rats in the Hopson residence. (in Frostfang Sea)
Varla has based herself in the White Rose building on the southern outskirts of the main city of New Halas.
