Pulnil the Haggler says that the Baron of Kurns Tower has not yet taken in the offer that was left for him. Pulnil says that a merchant in Riliss, Klok Ilesia, has been providing him with information on the Baron, and might know why the Baron is apparently displeased. I have an etched piece that Pulnil the Haggler believes Klok Ilesia might be interested in, and I am to deliver it to her in Riliss, which is south of Bellywhumper Burrows.
