During Tinkerfest I met a haughty, oddly alliterative gnome by the name of Blantsworth Coggington III who vehemently relayed to me his moral outrage regarding my treatment of the erratic clockworks just outside Gnomeland Security. To appease him, I've agreed to save the clockworks by upgrading them with new tinkered brains.

I need to study the blueprint Blantsworth gave me and use a work bench to create some tinkered clockwork brains.
Craft tinkered clockwork brains (in Steamfont Mountains)
I must target Erratic Tinkerfest Clockworks outside of Gnomeland Security with Coggington's Clockwork Incapacitator, and then install their newly crafted brains.
Install tinkered clockwork brains into Erratic Tinkerfest Clockworks (in Steamfont Mountains)
One of the erratic clockworks is now following me! I should lead it to Blantsworth, outside the entrance to Gnomeland Security.
Lead the insistent clockwork to Blantsworth Coggington III. (in Steamfont Mountains)
