• Increases Crit Bonus of group members (AE) by 10.0.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
Missile Mastery
When Equipped:
• On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Missile Mastery on target of attack. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.
• Increases Ranged Weapon Range of caster by 20.0%.
• Gives caster a 50.0% chance to not use ammunition on an attack.
• Must not be engaged in pvp combat
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
