This housing license grants a rent-free New Halas manor to the owner. It may only be used by one character, but the character will always retain the right to the New Halas rent-free home even if they move out and then return later. Right-click and select "Redeem" to activate your deed. The maximum number of placed items (including pets), prior to house expanders, is 700.
