Elemental Personification (Ancient)
As you further your mastery over Elementalism, pet, you should be able to adopt more and more of their traits while still commanding them to do your bidding. Slowly, you become one with the elements, and can tap into more of their destructive capabilities. Many are lost here, as their hubris drives them to believe they are ready for this level of control.
